San Diego Home

Here is our San Diego home and the years of updates. This was a labor of love; although at the time we may not have thought so. I learned a lot about design and style changing my home over the years. Please enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed designing the space 🙂

$We were lucky to have these built in\'s that ran almost 30\' down the main hall making the floor plan seem very open and inviting.$

$Note the built in\'s that ran from the front door and now into the kitchen. I added lighting, glass mullion doors and glass shelves to this part of the shelving to give it a more china cabinet look and the illusion of room division.$

$In the late 50\'s the first owner added the back great room and had amazing granite mosaic floors installed. They were hidden for years under carpet and I refinished them all by hand due to the Mahogany inlays, everything had to be hand sanded and stained.$

$The boy\'s bedrooms were pretty nice when we bought the house so paint was all that was needed.$

$This is Drake\'s room, he picked the color and we did a sufer theme.$

$Don\'t laugh, that was cool once ;-)$

$This is Davis\' room as now. He also picked the green color.$

$The boy\'s bathroom was not too bad but we up-dated it just before we moved to San Jose.$

$Our yard is a nice size but again I need to get some of the beginning shots scanned in. This is still a before shot but the \"just purchased\" shots are amazing what we did.$
